What time do your services start?
We start at 10:30 and our services are usually around 90 minutes. We have interpreters during the service for those who don't speak Japanese and also note-take for those who have difficulty in hearing.

May I bring my children with me?
Of course! We have all ages from infants to adults attend our church. We also have a nursery with nursery workers to keep your children safe during the service so you can participate! Feel free to bring your family and friends with you.

What should I wear?
We do not have any requirements for clothing. Please feel free to wear what you'd like.

I am not a Christian, but may I still come to church.
Of course. We always look forward to meeting new guests at Suzuran. If you are interested in studying the Bible, please checkout our "6-week Bible Study Course."

Our offerings mandatory?
You are not required to give an offering. Offerings are a way our church family express their thanks to the Lord. Feel free to pass the offering basket along.

What kind of songs do you sing?
We use a hymnal in our services, and we sing with our piano and orchestra members. If you do not have a hymn-book feel free to use the hymnbooks we have prepared.

I don't have a Bible...
We use the Japanese Bible at Suzran. If you do not have a Bible, there is no need to worry. Feel free to use the Bibles we have at our reception area.
