What is a Baptist Church?

A Baptist church is a traditional and conservative church that holds its roots in Christ and faithful obedience to all of God's Word. We believe the Bible is God's Word, has no mistakes and is our guide in our Christian walk. We do not accept any other thing to have authority in our lives.
A Baptist church respects the personal freedom of faith. We are independent and follow our pastor in leadership. We believe that salvation only comes through faith.
"Baptist" is a word that is seen in the New Testament. It means "to be immersed in water" and is a word used for one of the most important rituals in our church life. At a "baptism ceremony" a Christian is immersed in the water to declare and testify their faith in Christ. Baptism is important to us, so we have included it in our church name.
